Futureu Strategy Group LLC is a consulting firm incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our registered office is located at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE.

3. Services

We provide consulting services in business advisory services. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or engagement letter.

4. Fees and Payment

- Fees for services will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.

- Payment terms, including deposits and installment schedules, will be detailed in the service agreement.

- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

- We provide consulting services based on expertise and industry best practices but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

- Any intellectual property created during the engagement remains the property of the respective party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Clients may use deliverables for internal purposes but may not distribute, modify, or resell them without permission.

8. Termination

- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to any agreed-upon notice periods.

- Fees for completed work up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with UAE laws.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
